Organization Our production and R&D team strive to improve product quality and value through innovative technology, effective automation and vertical integration. Collaboration and cooperation among business partner lead to our success in future development. Each step of the production process is strictly directed and monitored by professional staff. Incoming material QC, on-line QC and post-production testing are taken before cartridges are packed. To ensure the quality of incoming materials, Maxtec ink is mainly made of Japanese and USA raw materials. Investment MAXTEC's top management and director have regular meetings and discussion on current market trend and opportunities to make the long term profit investment on different projects. a) Brand New Cartridge Development MAXTEC's R&D department is constantly developing new products and improving the existing ones to meet market demands, as well as for new markets. Emphases on R&D of new products, product quality, production technique and environmental protection. b) OEM Cartridge Recovery To extend the life span of remanufactured cartridges, all the empty OEM cartridges will undergo a recovery procedure in our Recovery centre. The defective parts of OEM cartridges are renewed and repaired by our skilled technician. c) Remanufacturing Production After the recovery and followed by stringent quality-control tests in our Recycling Centre, all the collected ink and toner cartridges are passed for remanufacturing. Our remanufacturing program is now extended to Epson, Canon, HP, Brother and Lexmark cartridges.
